Shipping methods

Currently we offer free shipping in the Netherlands. Worldwide shipping will be charged. All orders will be handed out to the courier every working day before 17.00h. Our refund policy lasts 30 days, starting with the day of purchase.

Shipment tracking

When the order will be tendered to the courier, customers receive an email from the courier providing the tracking number related to the order. To monitor the status of your order, customers may visit the courier website and insert the number in the “track your shipment” area”.

Delivery time

Duchex strives to deliver your order within 3 working days. All orders will be handed out to the courier before 17:00 p.m. or within 24 hours of the order’s placement. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or on holiday will be processed the following business day.

Terms and conditions

For specific reasons, customers can return the order, entirely or partially. Duchex refunds within 30 days from the receipt of the merchandise. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we’re unfortunately unable to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same state as you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected for any flaws, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the value of your returned items, throughout your original payment method within a certain number of days after receiving your return.
